The concept against overflowing meets the E.E.C directive Nitrate for water ressources protection
A vat that overflows by 0,5 l/mm consumes 720 liters of water per days which means a daily rejection of 72 g of nitrate for 100 mg per liter.

Lower electric consuption:
The vat has been designed for an optimal heat insulation thanks to the use of polypropylene (thermoplastic) and thanks to a specific design (alveolar bottom and double welded bottom).
